Guys, what does the noisy sound when driving on the road means to you .. ?
Would it be the cause of without sound proof implementation / the tyre is not good already ? .. unsure.gif

Sigh .. just got myself into a mild accident when driving on Jalan Bukit Bintang - a motorbike (Yamaha) smash to my left side doors leaving bents and scratches on the door panel as well as the skirting near the rear tyre .. in the end peel off my wheel cap as well. cry.gif

Anyone know where can I get a replacement wheel cap to fit in since its now naked ..

Sorry to hear about that, have you tried Proton SCs or Proton stockists?

That's why I always avoid going to KL or any congested areas. If not some idiot driving a big car, it's a motorcyclist that weaving in and out of traffic at high speed.
Is it something like ETC?
*
I came across someone posting in this forum that the Proton SC is selling at the price of RM50 ++ for one unit - i guess those Proton stockist will be much more expensive. Changing to a brand new rim will cost me a bomb for sure .. ph34r.gif

for me, silverstone is a no no

What makes you say that ? smile.gif
Mind to share ..

Reduce noise? M5 isn't much better than the M3.

Either can try Archilles ATR Sport, Michelin PS3 or Bridgestone Adrenalin RE-002.

Thanks for the recommendation. smile.gif
Browsing on the NET for the models you mentioned now ..

Agreed ! Thanks for sharing the result score .. I believe with the budget range of less than RM200 for one piece of tyre. The range are pretty limited .. I will take a look at the Falken and Goodyear tyres with the mechanic @ the workshop .. smile.gif

How do yu find the previous set installed in yr ride? Ori ones, I presume?
If not happy with them or wanna try out new diff type, then go ahead...
Such aspects/prefs are of yr own choice & decision.
There will alwaz b Pros & Cons. tongue.gif

Added on March 23, 2012, 12:43 pmps. I've alwaz used Ori or similar OEM ones during my driving life.
I drive w/in speed limits & defensively.
So those Ori/OEM ones hv suited my needs & served me well. thumbup.gif
*
If that's the case - the Original ones looks OK to me since it can last approximately 1 year ++ before its worn out. But not sure that the workshop is selling the Ori ones or not .. Thanks for sharing your feedback. Appreciate that .. smile.gif
