seriously, i would say that the flx is gooding, compare to my brother's viva. tough eric was saying the soundproofing is non-existant, but i feel that its still better than the viva

viva his one is auto... my flx is manual... and i;m still not 100% used to the clutch height. maybe after getting used then different story

b) getting an appointment within 2-3 weeks. In fact the lady suggested that I walk in coz she can't give me an sooner appointment date, and their walk-in quota is relatively low, whatever that means.

If your engine is leaking oil and your lube is decreasing, I suggest that you send it to a nearer SC first.
