If the delay is about language localization, I would have no say about its delays. If it is about stagger......well, staggering it with what titles in between? Mortal Kombat? Call of Duty? Motorstorm? A person interested in those games wouldn't be putting much interest in a Japanese action adventure game, they're of different genre. Those who had waited, continues to wait, and grow restless, frustrated, lose interest and move on elsewhere. Who lost the sales now?

It charges only when it doesn't go to sleep. The moment it goes to sleep, it stops charging. Turn the screen back on. It will not charge. Only once remove the cable and reinsert it back again it continues charging. But later it stops charging once it goes to sleep.
