Going to PlayTime, getting a second Vita cradle. One to charge, one to sync. Just slip into the cradle. Done.

PS3-PS Vita transfer messing up again just now. Found out why. In my case, I needed to sign out of my US PSN account, leave the same US PSN account signed in the PS Vita, then connect them both together, then only Content Manager works. Otherwise it'll give the "Could not connect to the PS3" error message.
