Come back to share with us if you found him 'arrogant' or not... mad.gif

And take a look and test the YELLOW TKL one... very very tempting huh
*
Yo guys I have visited Cex's shop today but sorry to disappoint you JT Lim wasn't there in the shop, another assistant Boon was there and I bought my Majestouch 2 browns from him.

Since he is a different person so I cannot comment about JT's attitude (ironically, my name is JT too LMAO). On the other hand Boon was very attentive and I had pleasure dealing with him.

As for the shop and products, top notch. Though they don't keep so many stocks for MKB, almost 1 or 2 max for each type of KB (only one ninja majestouch 2 brown in stock). At last I got the non-ninja Majestouch 2 browns.

I did peek into the yellow keycaps majestouch but didn't try, cuz I don't really like it being too bright. Right now typing this happily on my new KB!

Here are some pics laugh.gif

+1 CONGRATULATIONS. And also yes, CEX staff Boon is very attentive. Too bad JT (the other JT) wasn't there - the contrast in service will be as bright as the yellow keycaps ... blink.gif
*
Then I hope I wouldn't need to experience that 'contrast' in service then tongue.gif nevertheless their price is really good, compared with other competitors.

hi guys,

I wanna get a mechanical keyboard, Im looking for something that can spam very well on o2jam at the same time is used for typing. I have read the front about the switches but cant make up my mine. I want something durable and at a reasonable price.

Any recommendations ??

Thanks =D
*
If you really want to spam in o2jam, you need to take note on the KRO (key rollver). If you are using PS/2 connection, I guess Filco, Leopold and Ducky are okay because all of them have NKRO via PS/2. But for USB, only leopold has 17 KRO and leopold/ducky only has 6 KRO, which is one key short to play O2JAM.

Interested with rainbow keycaps, do post here if there's a bulk.

BTW anyone know where can I get a keyboard bag (regardless of brand or quality, just need to fit nicely and let me carry it)?

I always travel between my house and college hostel but I don't have a bag long enough to fit...

I heard taobao cannot accept paypal, only their type of payment right? Any way to buy things off taobao? Thru the spree in trade zone?

What keyboard are you using?
Some USB keyboards do not work with PS/2
Taobao now accepts foreign bank issued credit cards, as long as it is Visa/MasterCard/JCB and it needs to be activated for online transactions. 1% transaction fee is charged. I think you'd get interbank rates, but I'm not sure if there are any other hidden charges.
*
Foreign bank issued debit card (visa) is it accepted? nvm I will try myself, I just saw g-camp selling for like 48rmb (less than RM20) LOL

You still need a chinese mailing address.
Even if the taobao sellers are willing to Shun Feng it to Malaysia, the cost is like Rm60/kg. You'd be better off employing chinese mail forwarding service
*
Ah then I better buy using those taobao agents. Should be cheap also.

Good : Taobao Agents handle everything
Better : Alipay Reload with agents + self arrange mail forwarding
Best : Pay via own CC + self arrange mail forwarding

So if I want to perform normal Win shortcuts like Win + E = explorer, I can't do it on this camouflage version?

Guys I have something to ask here... I have a Filco Majestouch 2 brown 104 keys, just bought not over 2 weeks. These few days I encounter some weird issues, like the keys automatically registered even though I totally didn't touch them. It happened for awhile then gone.

Then I used like normal... until just now, the whole number row won't function except number 5, END and PAGE DOWN too. I plug out and plug in, plug to another laptop and it's the same. I was almost furious but suddenly i plug back to my desktop and it works now.

Is there any reason behind this weird behavior?

Guys may I know how to remove the keycap for enter key in my filco? When I try to take if off with the keycap puller I see there some white 'hinge' or something like that and the keycap remains there at like 45 degree... I don't dare to use force to pull it out, any skill needed?

Same goes to bigger keys like Shift, backspace...

I use the file on the nail clipper.
I use my cheapo tweezers and use leverage on the keycaps. Not sure what would happen if the keycaps are thin and brittle, but for my FILCO, it works nicely.

So you mean you are not using the stabilizers for your FILCO?
