Thanks

QUOTE(kaiserreich @ Feb 26 2012, 10:21 PM) How often? When you feel like it. But if you use alcohol to wipe on the keys, those laser printed key caps won't fade? The other part, can buy lint free brush, hold the keyboard upside down, and then swipe. All the dead skins and dirt will come off easily. If you are paranoid about cleanliness, then use a lint free cloth and add some Rubbing alcohol to it, and wipe. Or use cyberclean ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ In other news, the numpad is in circulation. First one of the namelist is going to get it soon. Anyone that wants to try it out before buying any type of Cherry MX Mech Keyboards, and wants to try it, send me a PM. |

Dafaq. Got this guy keep arguing with me that CEX is selling their Ducky Shine 9008 for 429 consisting of Red,Blue, Brown and Black. People always get the idea that the switches are the same except the difference in colors. Sigh

QUOTE(CyntrixTech @ Apr 4 2012, 02:38 PM) Before you/anybody even start to put blame on us, we hardly ever sell any parts and accessories *ahem* cough *CEX*As a matter of fact, we even tried to help them move some products by giving them exclusive sale on certain products (accessories) that we have, and from "our" conversation, they sell mostly accessories, not hardware. We retail and distribute hardware more than any accessories. |

QUOTE(sulfuriq @ Apr 11 2012, 09:58 PM) Hmmm kindda suit for me the layout, not fancy but what is the BIGASS layout? The steelseries 6gv2 or the 7G? To be honest, the 6Gv2 is good enough. Unlike the 7G, it is smaller, minus the wrist rest but in terms of quality, it is really durable. I really liked it, used for almost a year until I switched to Ducky, the layout is probably different from other mechanical keyboards out there. But if you like a durable and long lasting keyboard, the 6Gv2 is a good bet. The only flaw is the laser printed key caps, which will fade after a few weeks of usage. Wont fade completely but just not as bright as before. |

QUOTE(1qaz1qaz @ Apr 18 2012, 10:18 AM) hey guy~ I would choose the between the Gigabyte or Logitech only.im going to get mine gaming peripherals~ in between this keyboard which is better choice?? razer blackwidow ultimate or Logitech G510 or Gigabyte Aivia K8100??? ps; i know 2 of them is not a Mechanical Keyboard, but thr is no place for me to ask~ But if you got a good budget, I would recommend other Mech keyboards rather than the RBW. Ducky Shine is good, refer to my siggy ^^ Or you can try the CM Strom QuickFire Rapid (without num pad) |

QUOTE(JeffreyYap @ Apr 19 2012, 01:13 PM) Ok, read this guide, very helpful, i suggest MX blue if you are more on typing, if gaming and typing, MX brown. try to avoid red. Why avoid red switches? I personally think that Red switches are best for gaming, compared to Black and Brown. These are all self preference. There is no saying that which particular switch is best suited for any purpose. They say that Blue switches are best for typing, people still use it to play games no? http://www.daskeyboard.com/blog/?page_id=1458 |

QUOTE(kaysa @ Apr 19 2012, 03:29 PM) ya, why not red? I m using red, for me it felt great gaming or typing..... A few of my friends ditched their Brown switch for Red. Haha. Probably too similar to Black switch.Blue in the other hand, IMO its not so suitable for double typing intense games, if game require you to double type e.g. aa or 11 and such, since the reposition of the blue switch is higher than the actuation point, thus you need to release the key to a higher position to deactivation the key, then press it again. Brown is preferred by some due to its non linear tactile touches, but I felt its some how half hearted, not clicky nor linear touch..... Not my type. BTW did any one uses HHKB Pro 2 for gaming before? why doesn't seen a lot ppl uses it for gaming? Added on April 19, 2012, 3:30 pm yup I agree with you here. I think some ppl are ditching Brown recently.... maybe its just not as good as it sound? |

QUOTE(Moogle Stiltzkin @ Apr 24 2012, 12:39 AM) i'm just saying the guy never tried mech keyboard before he declared that rubber dome is the best Cannot blame them also. Some people are not aware that mech keyboards exist also People need to try both before they are allowed to make claims such as that |
