G80-3800 currently only Black switch version, not sure when then only will have blue one.

BTW, mix match between black and blue, not sure if it will be a good idea as they two are quite contra with each other.
One is tactile while one is linear
One is stiff while one is soft
One is not-clicky while another is clicky
One is fast register(shorter actuation distance) and another is having longer actuation distance

Under 300, you are pretty limited from those mainstream brand.
If you are not looking for Red Switch, you can try CM Storm Quickfire Rapid. Apart from Cherry Red version, all others are below RM300 and their reviews and built qualities are quite top notch(and also their overbranding skills ).

If you want for a fullsize keyboard, then you are certainly limited from buying those China brand from Taobao(some are acceptable while some are not, ask for more advice first b4 your purchase). Or you can wait and see if the Cherry G80-3800 will enter Malaysia market(if yes then it probably around RM200, won't reach over RM220).

Or if you don't mind not using Cherry MX switches, you can go for the Ducky XM series which is slightly above RM150, heard that the quality is acceptable and many owners are happy with it too.

Lastly, of course the BW Expert key caps can be changed(but you need to find suitable replacement key caps for it first, which is hard for Razer's BW weird layout...). Just bear in mind that Razer said taking off the keycaps = voiding the warranty, so don't get caught for it.

Of course it do "exist", just that it isn't available(moogle had the moogle set on his Ducky IIRC) by normal means.
The problem is that you need to wait for a fullset group buy which now cost at least over 100USD per set.

BTW, the keycaps can be changed as easy as change your clothes(as long as you found the suitable one).
For switches, it is changeable if you can reach the inside of the keyboard and solder off the original switch.

Added on March 11, 2012, 1:26 amA rubber dome that manage to attract my attention(due to the rarity, looks and so on). Dye-sub and strange sized/sloped keycaps, probably older than 90' and it is made in Singapore. In short it is a nice set of red dye-sub keycaps for RD.

I will list down according to the rating I heard around the webs.
1. Deck Legend(not available in Malaysia) - a legend of backlit mech kb which is both pricy, durable and rare. only having black or clear switches
2. Mionix Zibal(not available in Malaysia) - a clone copy of Thermaltake Meka G1 or WASD keyboard. should be quite well built as it made by the Costar(the one who made FILCO). heard their BL integrated well with the keyboard but durability of keycaps isn't too great(but it is expected as all coated things should eventually come off).
3. Ducky Shine - a glowing version of Ducky 9000 series keyboard. the comments from owners(may included other brands' fanboys and trolls) are both OK and suck, thus you better search around by yourself.
4. Razer BWU - ahem ahem... I can say that the built quality of it is quite suck and having quite lots of flaws. Except if you plan to do come modding on it, it should be avoided.
5. Tesoro Durandale - a clone brother of Razer BWU. Not sure bout the qualities of it as so far I only heard it from China.

Upcoming/Available from taobao:
1. Noppoo Choc Pro/Mini with BL - among the cheapest BL mech keyboard out there.
2. KBT Race(and the upcoming Pure) - mini/compact mechanical keyboard with backlit. made by KBT(keyboard enthusiast) from taiwan, so the qualities probably won't be too sucky...
3. CM Storm Trigger and Quickfire Rapid Pro(may come to Malaysia market in future) - probably made by iOne(same OEM as Razer BWU). you can choose to go CM Storm Trigger over Razer BWU for it's better design and layout. quality wise still unsure.
4. Keycool 87 with backlit(still on rumor, may enter market by end of this month) - No much details till now. Probably won't be too sucky as KC's keyboards are so far quite well built.
5. Ducky Dragon year edition(still on rumor, may enter market by next month) - No much details. The rumors sound too good to be true.

Partial BL(mean may be on WASD had BL):
1. Ducky 9008G2 Pro - Ducky G2 with some LED under WASD
2. Thermaltake Meka G unit - Nice looking board(white color) but the design is too exaggerated.
