well, when most, if not all manufacturer mention about "military grade", as long as they passed ONE of the military grading, then they considered it to be "military grade" proven.... for example, thosee Iphone cover which are rugged, when they said its water-proof military grade, meaning, as long as they passed the water-proof test, and failing other tests EPICALLY, they still call it "military grade".....

in fact the anodized surface is awesome to touch.... like those textured brand new key caps... and they won't shiny as fast as plastic... which means, everyday day feel brand new..
