Some unofficial source suggested that Vortex is someone related to Costar(manufacturer of KBT and their stuffs include those aluminium things).
They even go as far asking the boss of KBT - 花大 if Vortex is related to KBT and 花大 say he don't know.

The 1st assumption is there because Vortex is able to land his hands on those in testing products even earlier than KBT people does.

Vortex had no relation to KBT. Thus ppl at KBT is suggesting that Vortex are probably people from Costar(which made the Race/Pure).

Testing products include those aluminium casing/keycaps teaser.

Keycool keyboards looks like it is Cherry style, and I've seen pictures posted here before that Keycool uses Costar stabilizers - just wanna make sure.

Actually if getting stuffs from taobao, I suggest better don't need bulk and finding agents instead. It would not be much more costly than original price(in fact mostly even cheaper than GH's group buy) and the shipping is fast enough.

Bulking many units of stuff made by acrylic all the way from China may not be a smart/safe choice.

However if you come across those taobao sellers which also having accounts in GH(namely IMSTO), may be they can help directly ship to you without the need of agents. Though, most of them also normally charge extra than the price in taobao(common business tactic, profiting more from those "RICH" westerner).

Cool, mind do a detailed photoshoot of the wrist rest(and keyboard on)? Also took some pictures of the shipping if possible as some people got theirs broken on shipping?

Eitherway, can I ask if it really do 100% fit on FILCO? Cause some buyers in taobao leaving comments that it isn't a perfect fit with FILCO, still leaving a little gaps at sides(?).

The default one is fully transparent one.
May be they are making an opaque one incase some ppl don't like something that transparent.

The magnet is to hold the top and bottom of the case together, nice try indeed. FYI, the case doesn't even use screws.

But amongst those 3, which is better in your opinion? To my knowledge, the CM Storm is by Filco OEM, thus it offers more compatibility and quality i guess from sam, the Poker KBT. Is this true?

Or is the Poker generally more preferable compared to CM Storm Quick Rapid?

Actually, IIRC, Leopold FC200R having same OEM as FILCO. But in this case Keycool is related to FC700R instead, which using a different spacebar standard than FILCO.

All keys should be compatible/swappable, except the spacebar.

Also, if you are a backlit freak, you may aim for Keycool's BL 87keys(probably around RM230-250 b4 ship) which is like an improved version of old Keycool(the spacebar incompatibility fixed). I am quite sure that the resell value of BL keyboards will be higher...
