Hello, I would like to order some items from gmarket (a korean ebay-like website) and they uses EMS to ship to me.

The problem is, my house is always empty except at night or during weekends. If the EMS came and no one is at home, how do I get the item?

Do I visit the post office or there is any EMS outlet? Or can ask them to resend to me?

Thanks in advance.

EMS service normally they would send it to your local pos office cause once the item reaches malaysia, Pos Malaysia would be the one dispatching your item

EMS simply means expedited mail service. you need to find out which company is the malaysian partner for the korean company used.

If it's korea's own mailing service (as in Korea's version of Pos Malaysia) then it would be handled by Pos Laju here in Malaysia. If it's by other companies (e.g. DHL, Fedex) it will be handled by the Malaysian branch (e.g. DHL Malaysia, Fedex Malaysia) or by the company's Malaysian partner
