This is my case. Wrongly capped and obtain an insider contact from my contractor. Call that TM branch and that person say he will fix a.s.a.p. After 2 days still same. I call again and this time he told me he sent an email to a tech guy to fix my problem but no reply. He told me to wait while he call directly to that tech. Guess what, after less than a minute, he told me to check my speed and it is capped correctly!
How long for the miscap case to be solved?
