 How long for the miscap case to be solved?

Hi,

Got a miscap case on streamyx here, hv make the report and waiting them to solve it now. How long normally it take to solve the problem?

in my case, within 48 hours.

story -

call their support, complain that my line from 1mb become 512k after transfer from old to new telephone nomber. they ask me to unplug cable, flush dns, restart modem and pc etc. everyone knew that it won't solve this problem but they insisted i have to do so.

next day, vendor called,

"Hello, I am Tan from Telekom, what's your problem ?"
"My line become 512k after i change my telephone no."
"Oh, like this ah, i ask them to upgrade for u. Bye"

After 1 hour, my 1mb line is back in action. Salute to that "Tan".

for me within 24hours thumbup.gif Well i remember i called TmNut on 12:30am on a sunday ... Then afternoon around 1pm mine change to 1mb liao biggrin.gif . Well , i doubt this speedy work will happen in Selangor , the area is too big liao

This is my case. Wrongly capped and obtain an insider contact from my contractor. Call that TM branch and that person say he will fix a.s.a.p. After 2 days still same. I call again and this time he told me he sent an email to a tech guy to fix my problem but no reply. He told me to wait while he call directly to that tech. Guess what, after less than a minute, he told me to check my speed and it is capped correctly!

my situation was..
i called them.. they say i'm 1Mb.. i told them from my modem it shown 512kbps only.. n they told me from their system it shown 1MB connection..

so i went to clicker.. they check for me..
they made a report n will call me b4 office hour
at 5.30. i received a call from TMNET they told me problem solved.. !

asked for upgrade 1 week ago.my modem shows me 1024kbps n i checked wf tm ppl they said my ac has been upgraded.i have done all d troubleshooting which they insist me to do.but im still getting 512kbps speed.how come? mad.gif mad.gif

so frus lah....tmnut really stupid......arghhhh!!!! vmad.gif

some place fast some place slow la. Mine came within 3 working days, thats what they said. They usually checks my connection and stuff before checking their stuff outside.

i got miscapped for a year only then i realized abt it..

my case, i called around 2-3 times.
they kept on saying they will do smth abt it..

waited for 2-3 weeks then they upgrade it for me..

Sometime, customer service after sale is very poor. If you want to get it done faster, pls contact customer service manager.

Mine wasn't that bad. The problem is trouble shooting but once you get over that and explain that the trouble shooting which they recommend is no good, they will fix it.

It took them a day to fix the miscap problem.

 

Change to:
