Hi sifus,

i'm new to android and proud owner of Samsung Galaxy Note and my wife too... ...i'm ex-nokia symbian phone...

Just a question about this galaxy note (my wife unit) seems to hang while playing game and sometime it hang by itself. My unit is not having any issue while doing everything. But the other i switch her maxis simcard to my digi simcard...seems no more hang...could it be the maxis simcard something wrong... anyone face this problem b4?

I have not used any smart phones b4 but planning to get a Note cos of the big screen and the pen some more fast processor

Hey peeps, hope its not gonna be too out of topic. I'm planning to get a Samsung Note very soon, but am still checking out different plans & packages from all the telco. Are most of you with maxis/digi/celcom ya? I thought of continuing with Maxis since I'm a user but they don't carry note in White color Heard Digi's data is quite slow, not too sure bout celcom. Any inputs ?

If I were to buy the White phone from Samsung and subscribe to a Maxis plan, the data price still doesn't change! So its like I'm paying Rm350 extra for the color

anyone know how to overcome flash player issue in rocket v22? i flash the zip file for map/search/flash but only map and google search manage to be solved & not flash player.

No you don't need. Root your phone and use CWM recovery to flash to rocketROM.

Yeah i second that....

Grrr....... really tearing my hairs..... flashed the MidNote ICS 2.0 third time with GApps March 4 but the callerID problem still not solved.... really give up. 

i will say midnote - would say is literally major bugs free. all my stuffs work well. no sod , n no fc
MY main usage besides call, SMS/MMS  : browser, email, RSS , tweeter, facebook, newsfeed, some skype, MSN messaging
But again , these roms are I would say "temperamental" - if you read XDA , you read all sorts of issues users are facing
Same goes for Team Rocket and Criskelo
I also don't know why those users got so much problems - maybe is their apps interaction, possibly crack apps causing all the problems
I don't use any crack pirate apps , maybe that is why mine always stable and minimal issues. I get slight freezes once a while just less than half a sec - no biggie for me. This occur mainly when I reply posts in this forum but does not happen everytime - as I said once in a while only
The advantage - smoothness, speed and performance of the rom overshadows this minor issues

AOPK rom however do not provide the full original S pen functions. I have tested both imilka and eaglerazor versions - just for testing only ; took both down within 2 hours
I would say these roms are really close to vanilla ICS if you don't mind losing the SPen functions. You can of course find alternative apps to replace S memo and related stuffs

agree with Red, i dont mind losing my Spen functions....just sharing....so far, im loving it...

but bro, do you have any problems installing some certain apps?...im having issues installing Samurai Vegeance and some apps from market...it says "application not installed" or, could now install on SD card or something.....

ouh bummer....im having issues installing Samurai...on my gf galaxy nexus...all went fine!...damn!!!!......i want Samurai!!!!

i download APK off the net, blackmarket, aptoide, everything just wont work!....damn it....

i found that my s-pen is not accurate recently, is there any way to adjust it back?
