Difficult to imagine even place which is around 35km from kl city center now launching for more than a million. Beyond the affordability of majority of house buyers. Now i think people have to places like Beranang, Nilai, Salak Tinggi, Sepang, Banting if want to buy new landed houses for around 400 - 500k.

Visited the show room last Saturday and this is mho:-

Pros
1) nice lanscape (will be very beautiful)
2) gated & guarded
3) peaceful and quite environment
4) garden at the living
5) Easy access to KL, KLIA, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Shah Alam, USJ, through MEX, SKVE, NKVE

Cons
1) Only 3 rooms + 1 utilities (would be good if there is additional 1 or 2 rooms)
2) Better to buit a clubhouse rather than a pool at each house (must be maintaned everyday or will be breeding ground for mosquitos)
3) The living area (ground floor) look like a lobby
4) 1st floor look like a mezzanine floor
5) Master bathroom (even do not have bathtub)
6) Leasehold

Bro...correct me if my facts are wrong...Whitney Houston may have drowned in bathtub....because of overdose or after heavy drinks...anything can happen...and everyone here free for opinion and comment...that the reason we call it a forum..........and do not personally attack anyone if they chose to disagree with you
