If u got a budget of 1.298Mil (b4 100K rebate) it is worth considering for own use if u like to impress friends and relatives and enjoy the lifestyle concept, what more with DIBS and 5k D/P onlythumbup.gif

Great! 5k down to buy a 1.3Mil property rclxms.gif rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

I can foresee many people will have to sleep under some bridges.

You might able to flip it upon completion, provided you give 10% "rebate" to the next sucker if you can find one.

I have to admit, I do respect you as a RE agent notworthy.gif

But please don't encourage your clients to speculate in the property market with borrowed money, this is the least you can do within your work ethic I suppose nod.gif

Nice to meet u here debtismoney, hehe.  Bubbles bubles go away, come again another day. laugh.gif

I dun see anything wrong wif low dp as long as d purchaser is able to meet the loan qualification criteria.
Since the dev is bearing the interest during construction, as an investor or own stayer the low dp is an added benefit. Just receive what is given lo.... For those who wants to flip, min. capital means max profit. For ownstay, it would be silly to take 70% loan even if u can afford 30% dp.  By paying low dp u can make better use of ur funds and after 3 yrs lock  which is VP time, u can always top up ur capital so to restructure d loan to an affordable monthly repayment.

Just giving my view only, i din buy here.

Hey macho doggy! Nice to meet you too.

5k down to buy a 1.3mil property is less than 0.4% margin.

Zero down payment GUARANTEES speculation that's all. It's like buying stocks with margin loan but no margin requirement at all in the first place, this guarantees stock market bubble.
