Reflexion To me is like laman granview at saujana puchong. The surrounding areas created huge contrast.
I still remembered the original show unit located at old office has sink after 2 years and sale person told it is normal due to no proper pillar build for temporarily show unit. Precinct 1, 2 and surrounding area like AMAnputra have similar sink problem.

Mrta to save some interest rate is not worth. With 500k loan amount, mrta may cost >15k. You can only save <rm30 monthly interest with 0.05% discount. Once you chg the bank for loan in future, mrta will be wasted.
