I really hope i got ur attitude one day!

What type of sw u r using anyway?

btw, how many hours u spent in a week for ur DIY project?
Since when u started this?

Just wondering how u gonna arrange ur stamina & time on such incredible complicated project all by urself.

p/s:Actually, i wanna comment a little on the char design. But ur Full-throttle spirit is what i admire so much.

Thanks dinodog, gun angel.. i start the project early this year... and it almost a year now.. i use software such as 3ds max, after efect, phothoshop, ilustrator and edit on primier.. i wish during the final edit online i could do it on a autodesk smoke or infinity... and for sure it will have a lot of dogfight.

cool max_ady, i'm also working on a star wars fan animation started the begining of this year, but due to the lack of free time cuz of school, i've put it to sleep for awhile.
you work on this alone or with a few teammates?
you render with the built-in renderer inside 3ds max or you use plugins like finalrender, vray, or brazil?

star wars.. thats cool gunangel... but its a realy good time to do it when u re at school. coz u can organize a team better and for sure the time is more than when u re working..if u stuck in a design firm or TVC film post.. u will desperatly need a sleep than doing this thing.. thats why im doing this thing alone.. becouse i know many of my friend tired...dont want to botther them.

I use Brazil for its 3d render.. becouse it is easy to use to get corect GI.. the problem with max 6 brazil (BrazilRS_1_2_21_R6)it cannot render object motion blur.. i hope in brazil max 8 have that and better.

when it come to something like website, .. effort should come with reward.. 2007 is not a long time.. when it almost time or 80% complet , im going to earn it..

yup dinodog... in order to get detail out.. many program had to be use...

cheers

Max... u r goin to be the first Local 3D CG artist dat get attention from Global...

Dun let us down.....

How old r u actually?
It is simply not easy to determine urself to do such complicated task alone.. Even u r a fulltimer for it.

Who influenced u mostly?

Had u watch the Ghost Warrior yet? It is finished within 6months.. Dat guy is full-timer DIY solo project. He released some book, DVD for his animation. He is a huge fame 3D CG artist now.

well, school days kinda torture somehow if you're chasing your dream. if i sit whole day in front of the computer doing cgi, my parents will have a reason to counsel me... *LOlx..*

so, max_ady, what's your tips and tricks to your project actually? you animate with the rig bones or the character studios' biped for the robots?

thanks zhengyang.. but i think i already done the rigid corectly.. but the problem is.. when i load my old biped movement file to my new charecter.. the new charecter seem to be deform,i hope it doesnt hapend in max 8 when i upgarde.. i tottally not gonna use shage hair .. couse it takes ages to render ..need to cut some timing..

i use only biped for the animation gun angel.. biped enable you to safe your movement file and transfer it to another charachter.. unlike bone.. but sometime i still had to use bone for complicated charachter such as crab.. or somthing that have more than two legs..

im 26 dinodog... i never watch the worier ghost .. but i gonna seek for it... have you heard animation by japenese guy.... the tittle is "beyond the distance star".. it an alone project to.. and some of it are hand drawn.. huh..that scare me.

my influens is macrooss and mosfeeda... old school eiihh.

Kumo no Mukou, Yakusoku no Basho is not quite an individual work of Makoto Shinkai... though Hoshi no Koe is considered an individual work

Seen it.

thumbup.gif x 5 for your hardwork.
Animation is never easy.

Considering that you did this alone, I'm sure this lone-wolf project ate up much of your precious time. Your hardwork alone itself made the trailer feel great edy.
