Renovation price will come down? I thought it will only goes up.

Anyway you should proceed with essential renovation such as wet works, plaster ceiling, wiring and paint first. If you want to proceed later it will be messy.

Didn't get on online last few days.... phewww... felt so glad so many sifus out there are willing to provide sincere advise to me. I think I will take up the advise to do the wetwork, extension and essential wiring and lighting.

Anybody here knows any good workmanship and cheap wetwork contractors? Pls recommend me....

Btw, the cheapest way is to get ur own worker. From my experience, not all contractors know their job and some scary ones wil give u lots of problem. U mus b ready to spend more time to supervise on their job rather than trusting them.

hey.... wonder u rmb me, I'm getting my fotile set n Kitchen sink from u after the wetwork n renovation, but will take some time, lol... u know any good contractors out there?
