anyone here taking bak foong pills? does it really help in your general health in getting prepared to get pregnant?

It is more likely to be said taken to regulate ur period and tune ur hormone . So when u have regular period and optimal hormone in ur body, it may help to enhance the chances of getting pregnant. Ones with a healthy body will definitely conceive easier than those who r not so healthy.

You are almost there. Btw, i as a wellness consultsnt, i personally suggest epo instead of bak foong pill because different brand come with diff. Ingredient and composition, to play at safe side epo is better. Furthermore ever newspapper come out an article that bak foong pill contain mercury @@.

those traditional pills will b tested for heavy metal test b4 register

wat is epo? never heard of it before....

I think epo = evening primrose oil

It is a supplement which can be found in pharmacies.

I am consuming revivo since 2 years ago until now which this revivo already replaced 'bak foong' pills(traditional herbal pills). This revivo is much much better than 'bak foong' pills frankly speaking & this is highly recommended. It is really help in general health especially for female or woman.

thanks everyone for the info, i have started to taking evening primrose since yesterday - i have decided this to bak foong pills - for several reasons, 1. i dun really like chinese medicine, 2. i have been told to take evening primrose since very young, but din adhere....

bak foong pills from eu yan sang or tong ren tang is highly recommended la. no need to worry if you buy it off the shelve from a reputable company.

Actually, my cousin sister took bak foong pills from Eu Yan Sang and straight away got twins... That's what she repeatedly tell people all the time!
