Haha if you want to be cheapskate, just get the normal 3-tier utility shelf and convert them, like what I did here : http://www.figure.fm/post/en/21186/Exiled_Gundam+s+room.html

Talking bout cabinet, i would like to share my idea...

Ikea Detolf is a budget choice, it is nice and cheap... RM179 for 1 set but to save cost u have to carry it back urself (Ikea charges RM60-80 within klang valley i think). Very heavy, and u need a big car to carry the box. (Wira, persona, gen2 size above will do)

Gundam will be 90% dust-free, the only place u need to clean is the top of cabinet only smile.gif

Another type is big glass display cabinet. This type i can say 95% dust-free. Cost a lot, but nice to put in living hall.....

same with Detolf, u need to clean the top only... Good for ppl like me that lazy to do cleaning work... biggrin.gif

Detolf is an excellent choice, but problem is that there are big gaps between the sides of the shelf, dust can still go in.. the cabinet however, is the best choice imo.. very good for keeping dust out biggrin.gif

yup there's a gap between the slides...

it is rm179 and it keeps my gundams 90% free from dust also allowed me not to clean them for more than 6 months ++.....

so i think it is still a good buy biggrin.gif

For detolf, u might need to add elevated platform so that the vertical space is not wasted. See the tier where the MGs are located? There's an empty space about half Sinanju height wasted there. Worse if u put only average 1/144 plamos

i always thought the price is higher because not many people collect there, i'm probably wrong whistling.gif
but it's almost impossible to find RG Freedom here nowadays.. i think some places restocked last week but don't know if they're still there now.. i wonder why freedom is so popular
*
Well surely can't compete price with other store at KL whistling.gif, Also Freedom popular because most people started watching Gundam show from Seed/Destiny i think, Now im fan of Unicorn suits. biggrin.gif

I think Popular promotion is spend RM150 voucher to get free member card.

Also here my Cabinet. Damage: RM500 sweat.gif
