why need to paint? MG is already molded in color

No need to paint unless you're into weathering/hi gloss finish wan
And also comparative to other 2.0 MG's, Zakus are cheap since it's mass production model

Well maybe but it related with Memory of Sid Manga (Age side story from what i heard) that added pirates called Vidisian (if i spell it right ) to the story which will be related with the anime later on.

Anyone watch gundam age series? in age-3, they said Asemu Asuno (pilot Age-2) MIA rite? so this pic over here looks like Age-2, why do i think that Asemu are the one piloting this pirate looking gundam?

I know that feeling also which why i like Unicorn gundam that have only two main colour but i still wondering why they still don't ditch that color scheme by now. I guessing it becoming a tradition.

Because they are secretly in love with Malaysia.

I'm sure a lot of it is simple tradition at this point. I don't think the WRBY color scheme for lead gundams is ever going to go away.
