overall comment, a stable FMCG company that takes good care of their staff with not bad benefits as well. (am 2 months on job)

well, it depends on how one sees it regarding the increment part (there are some other benefits available, eg. monthly free company product's tokens, fixed bonuses), as for the management part, it really depends on bosses. Poor management happens even in MNC company (had been working in 2 MNC company previously. seen the good, bad and ugly )

Overall i'd say it's a not bad company. never try, never know.

BTW, just got confirmed and so far so good. hehe
