Hi, I have a prudential insurance and try to register at https://pruaccessplus.prudential.com.my/pap/login/login.do
. After I enter the policy number and ic, it does went through until the TAC code. Tried a few times but I never received the tac code. What should I do? BTW, are surrender value and cash value the same thing? |
