Can anyone suggest me the best case for cable management? maybe its a budget one cause i still have some money to burn...

+1, can't go wrong with corsair if ur looking at cable management... but TS, whats ur Budget??

400r seems to be out of budget...Rm299...my budget only less than 200...if there's any other case worth than cm elite 370

For about RM130, you can also consider Bitfenix Merc Alpha.

cooler master cm690 II advanced...

Tooless HDD bays are very hard to come by at that price range... maybe u can consider the cooler Master USP 100 for RM190+-??

ya but for cable management..311 plus is better and also got usb 3.0..if u insist to buy a good looking case..u can go for storm scout..or u may consider cm storm enforcer for a bit larger space..the price difference is small between that cases..my 2 cent
