they say the root of depression and anxiety are usually from having 'incorrect' perception on the self and everyday's experience..
'incorrect' is very subjective here, let's put it as anything that does not make you feel good
why don't you try working the other way round and train your mindset to positive thinking?..say a break up would probably give you an opportunity to grow with another potential mate..maybe thinking that way can make it less painful?..
