Hey recently my friend introduced Artistry Skin Care Products for me...she recommended me to use these 5 products since my skin is dry, oily, little redness...

1. balancing cleanser
2. hydrating toner
3. hydrating moisturizer
4. gentle make-up removal
5. soothing cream

All these products are pretty expensive to buy one go and I am not sure about the efficiency...Does anyone use the above products before and how is it? Good? Any recommendation, comments and suggestions? How long does the products take effect? Is it worth to buy?

I'm currently using Artistry. But only using balancing toner. The toner is real good. However the facial cleanser didnt suit my skins. I got pimples after a few times using it. But no worries, with Amway/Artistry you can return back and get back ur money if it didnt suit ur skins.

True. But you can always return and exchange for something else like make ups or supplement. Last time I bought all the skin cares that cost me almost 1000.

But I returned and changed it to supplements smile.gif

Last time you bought the amway skincare products, is it you buy it voluntarily or you bought it under the amway beautician/consultant that advised you after seeing your face condition?

My skin last time is oily and not dry. After I use XX cleanser, my face is not that oily and start to get dry (skin peel off sometimes. Now I do not use the XX cleanser anymore cause many people said it is too strong and contain dangerous chemical). Now, my face is not that oily and sometimes very dry if do not apply moisturizers after cleaning my face. A friend that sells me Amway said that my skin is dry outside and oily inside. So she recommended me all the 5 products. I should not exclude any of the 5 products if I want to see the good effect. She advises me after asking consultation from Amway beautician as well. Hope her recommendation is good as I will start using the 5 products very soon. Could you advise me?

My friend told me that anyone should seek for Amway beautician before buying any skincare products. She said Amway would never go wrong if there is the right person to guide and advise you. (I'm not selling for Amway since I haven't really try the products). I just want to share with you what an Amway member friend tell me. Hope Amway could really improve my skin condition (like what she said my face would get better using the products she recommended) as well as I have tried numerous skin products before.

Yeah, I do agree with your friend that you skin could be dry on the surface, but in fact the base is oily as you said that your face used to be oily last time..unless your body suffered a sudden hormonal changes that entirely change your skin type, which could occasionally happen to pregnant women or aging women. If the above scenario did not happen to you, then it could be your previous skin care products caused your skin to dry out due to prolonged usage.

Just wondering how's your skin condition now? Still dry with occasional skin peel off? or oily at T zone but dry in other places? Any pigmentation? is fine lines obvious on your face?

Ya..I think is because the previous skincare cleanser that cause my face to become dry...I finish the whole tube of the cleanser..I used that cleanser around 5 months.

Now my face is a bit oily on cheeks and T-zone..but is not the previous oily level that requires washing to eliminate the shine. If I do not apply moisturizers after washing face, it will dry and peel off. If I apply moisturizers after washing, it wont feel dry and wont not peel off. No fine lines, pigmentation as I'm still in a youth age. Just my pores is big and obvious as i got some pimples history (now also got some little pimples). Last time the peeling off and dryness happened only at my cheeks. My forehead is ok...I could say my problems is my cheeks...

Have you bought all the products recommended by your friend? Did you just newly join as a distributor or you just got the products from your friend?
Because with the amount of products you bought, you will be entitled for facial analysis conducted by Amway, with state-of-the-art machine and the only 1 in South East Asia. Personally I think this is a very good analysis and after sales service which can better provide you in depth analysis of your skin after using the products for like a month or so, then you can track your skin condition from time to time with the help of machine & expert. smile.gif

I see..are you in Klang Valley area? You may need a beautician who are close to you to monitor your improvement biweekly, that would be far more effective. The skin analysis will be conducted in PJ HQ anyway. smile.gif

I'm at East Malaysia and my friend is at West Malaysia. So the products are sent from my friend there to my place via courier/postage. I had received the products within 3 days after payment. Efficient. Since the products cost RM391, so I did not need to pay the postage fees. I also wondered why she recommended me to use gentle removal make-up. According to the beautician that toldl her, the removal is to clean the dirt/lotion that apply on my face. It is used once at night before sleep. I do not apply make-up at all, unless for special occasion like dinner. I wanted to omit the removal at first, but she said it is not recommended at all. I have to use all the 5 products in order to get good effects. She said that the removal is to remove the dirt clogged in my pores. So I get all the 5 products she recommended me.

Yeah, makeup removal is good to remove dirt from our pores, more efficient than cleanser alone, especially if your working environment is dusty.
The 5 combination of products should be good for your skin, hope that no more skin peeling off again. smile.gif
However, if you face are getting too oily at the T- zone and feeling not comfortable, you may consider changing the Moisturizer or Toner.

so far today is the second day I use, I think the cleanser and toner is okay for me. But I don't know whether the hydrating moisturizer suits me or not, cause i only put a little on my entire face, my face is a bit oily, but the oiliness is not too over that requires cleaning. The first day after I used the balancing cleanser to clean my face, got some peeling off at my cheeks. But no more peeling off after using the toner and the following day after cleansing.
