He never decat yet.. Just an air filter and spark plug change is to improve FC and top end power.. A decat + LCP is going to unlease around 10whp at least from the low and high end..

Yeah can.. U can go up to 1bar boost also.. But ur engine is not going to tahan long distance journey..
Furthermore for 5k budget u cant get a good turbo set up.. cos u dont have budget for piggyback.. Without ECU tuning the turbo is not going to work efficiently and might cause problem also..
a proper turbocharged setup with piggyback will run around 7k at least.. with standalone ecy its going to touch 9k..
Ideally for better gain changing the exhaust setup is required.. CFE is boosted at around 0.8-1bar.. 1bar=14.7psi.. but CFE engine internals are reinforced or forged..
