Singpost reliable?, For courier item to Malaysia Q&A

Want to send stuff from Singapore to Malaysia via courier (air) but scared once reached into hands of malaysian side, they might damage it.
Anyone with experience? Did your packaged survived the ordeal of malaysian underpaid, angry and hence, rough post people?

send as registered will have tracking number. use the SG tracking number call pos malaysia they can convert and track it. so far so good using singpost.

pack your thing with many layers by layers. better with steel box but ofcourse all this gonna rise the price dt weight. but it'll be safer even in the hand of underpaid, angry and hence, rough post people
