instruction

1. Download client - http://swupdate.openvpn.org/community/rele...2.2-install.exe
2. Download config -


for usa: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/28476597/ktard-us.zip
for romania: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/28476597/k-romania.zip

3. Install client
4. Extract config and place it in C:\Program Files\Openvpn\config
5. Run Openvpn client
6. Right click openvpn icon in system tray and click connect

usage:

romania: Downloading torrent
usa: for streaming video/ sound from hulu, netflix etc (cannot use this for downloading)

1. install openvpn
2. sudo openvpn ktard.ovpn

using streamyx 1 mb only.....

change nothing to my speed ? using streamyx ....

so to put short.. this solves TM throttle right?

what i did was copy all files to /etc/openvpn

chmod 664 /etc/openvpn
cd /etc/openvpn
openvpn --config /etc/openvpn/ktard.conf

opened google it went to google france so i guess it works huh

vpn most ppl used to download torrent to bypass internet service provider bandwidth throttling
if normal download speed is very fast thn no need to use vpn lor, if download speed is slow
thn use vpn to prevent bandwidth throttling

i tried with speedtest. not sure if u believe it or not. brb
