not big deal actually. ive just googled some proxy then found this > 86.109.212.101 port 3128
set it in bittorrent/utorrent as http proxy. keep on eye with the speed.

but still browsing speed is the same as vpn, quite slow.

after set the ip my download all become shitty

im just started using it today. seems like no prob using streamyx 1mb.

**check that - use proxy for peer-to-peer connections
**encryption set to enabled. (even doesnt seems to affect speed, just use it.)
