can someone help me? im using win7 64bit. dont know where to place the config. there's no 'config' folder in c:\program files x86\openvpn technologies\ still using the using us.shieldexchange.com as server.  |

ive already got vpn client. unfortunately, need to download the one provided by ts. now can use.
1>is there anyway to only let utorrent use vpn while other bypassing the vpn? bc browsing is quite slow when using vpn.
2>how im gonna access my web ui after using vpn??

i dont know y, at first i got 200kbps.. then it goes down to <10kbps. i dc the vpn. then i got 300kbps w/o using vpn..  |
