this one can use as intercom let say 2nd floor to 1st floor? need power or not

it got intercom fuction in between the two handset,it can be done
inside got 2 docking(main and secondary) which need to attach a power adpter for powering up and charge the handset(handset in side got 2 AAA rechargeble battery)
so u can put 1 set at 1st floor , and another at 2nd floor

can use it as normal home telephone call in and out?
how much include postage?

u just need one line to connect the main docking....and the slave docking is only use for charging
