why i cant update my window. i dont understand.. this what appear when i try to able the auto update.. i cant change the setting.. why this happen actually

i had a problem with a fn+key button.. the fn application just like not functioning.. anyone have a idea what the problem im had now

i have a problem here.. after i format my lappy asus A53s using a recovery. i cannot run a few application such as fn+ key not responding except brightness. my power management also not function. i already install back the software but problem still there. any other solution that can i solve my problem.
