Hey there guys! I'm looking to seek an alternative to the Zenbook to save costs. I'm still considering the Zenbook, but was thinking I should be more cost efficient a bit and look at the U series. I've looked at the Asus website and I'm really very confused with all the UXX series, so many different ones ._. very not user friendly website there lol So I was wondering which one is the most recommended? The most light weight, thin and best performance besides the Zenbook, prices would be appreciated too Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the quick response! I've looked that laptop up, it's pretty amazing! But its HDD is 5400 RPM right? Is there actually a difference between the 7200 RPM and 5400 RPM speeds?

QUOTE(christcwl9 @ Feb 28 2012, 09:45 PM) Means the difference is not that easily notice What's your budget and usage for your brand new laptop actually ? Do you mind having a heavier laptop ? If you don't mind, you should really have a look on the N-series laptop =) I think about RM3k lah, originally wanted the Zenbook... but I think and think, a bit expensive ler. For usage, basically everything except gaming and video editing. Light gaming maybe, I think the U36SD specs are good enough. Not looking for heavier laptops haha
