'A' for the great effort put into the interface.
I feel that you can improve the header designs better. Currently there's too much space and there's no strategic placement with married typography along with it. So it degrades the overall look in a certain way.
The other thing I can't help to pick on..
It should've been done in CSS.
But I give room for that since you guys are engineers and not programmers.
Oh yeah, I'd make the text ENGSOC MMU Engineering Society beside the logo bigger so that the identity doesn't get mixed up with normal links or content.
Other than, congrats for having a working website for you.
It might be just me, but maybe wantanseller will do me the honours.. is there a problem with the subnavigation..?

well, just cause i mentioned CSS for the website doesn't mean the header has to be in CSS. it can still be an image, just that the design could be improved. same goes for the subnav.. for me, i think the word category there doesn't work.. i don't know about the rest that's why I wasn't quite straight forward with that. well, any time you need an honest opinion, you know where to get it.

manudotcom: I'd use a more simple professional looking font then something techno-ish. And I do agree, remove the welcome to mmu. If you wanna have that, get a mascot. aidlover: layout is breaking in Firefox. I think the logo would work better on a pure white or solid color background. the website has got broken links and images. hmm.. that's all to comment on.
