My 2 cents, 4k for just one job maybe is low for them when they running business, even labour are 80 per day, that is what the boss pay t hem, not you pay. If company hire you 5k per month, do your company charge your man days rate 250 per day? No, it maybe 100% more.
But if contractor already doing some jobs for your house, maybe he will charge you 4k because he don't have to mobilized his resources, arrange disposing the debris. This is my experience I had. If you can managed and have resources like tomjason than pricing maybe close. Maybe even lower. |

Some fan blade now are made of composite / plastic material. This made bending hard / impossible, no need worry of bending but this also make balancing the fan harder.
