2) Break 1 wall at downstair room for kitchen extension (6ft x 9ft)
Ans: EC , 2 indon worker (RM180) , job one day, max 2 days, so total RM=180. Main contractor will mark up the price for untung.

3) Labour cost for retile, need to remove all the old tiles (downstair ground floor 20ft*65ft (all the land area), upstair ground floor (32ft x 20ft), tiles buy by myself.
Ans: EC, 20x65 ft. COst to remove = RM2,600. EC for retile (cost upah&cement etc ) tile owner buy RM=5200-RM6000.

2) how do we get contacts for indon workers? I may have few walls to break down smile.gif

3) in your opinion, do you think its advisable if we consider to do the tile removal ourselves? been researching a lot on tutorials on youtube. seems fairly straightforward to get it remove.

Cheers smile.gif
