Bro, have you consulted MPSJ on your new layout? As for MBPJ, they don't allow you to extend the top floor all the way to the back. The ground floor is okay though.

they may not necessarily have the council's approval. my neighbour corner lot extended all the way to the back and to the side, which is definitely a no-no with mbpj. you just need to go to MPSJ and meet the necessary department that handles plan approval and ask them what is the limit of the renovation to get their approval. it won't take long, just to have a general idea

don't say it like that la bro. With majlis approval on the reno, the valuation of the house will increase compared to reno without approval. cheers
