1. high, normally <5k in klang valley for 1st rig, 3k for 2nd rig
2. reasonable
3&4 . normally started pile with shoe more expensive than extension pile +-rm10
5. reasonable
6. market rate
7. on high side, weld joint for 7" <rm15
8. cut off pile above ground or cut off after excavate for pilecap? request for diamond cutting after excavation..no double handling
9. PDA market rate 1st rm1200, subsequence rm800-1000 depend on nos

by looking at the quantities allowed, i doubt the soil is soft, 124 point and only allow 124 starter & 124 extension, meaning only max 12m per point, sometime the engineer just simply taruk as much point one Other than the things I've mentioned the rate seemed reasonable enough for me.However please bear in mind,it's in provisional quantity meaning that the more they do the work,they more u'll have to pay.If the number of piles used reduce,then it will be below 68k and vice versa.
