also anyone have any experience with "myliving construction and renovation" company??

i just got quote for my house renovation. ranging from 50k+(gst included)
involving:
-kitchen extension 21x8 ft (include tiling, roof,electrical,plumbing,painting)
-balcony modification(tiling, hacking a wall, fencing, awning)
-and last but not least grill the whole house
