Currently getting quotations from few contractors for my house renovation
back 18" x 20" ground and 1st floor
car porch
front ground floor extend 3" x 20"
front 1st floor master room about 3" x 8" side extension
new plumbing
new wiring
plaster ceiling
kitchen etc...

lots to survey and consider....
