Yes it is possible. I'm planning to do renovation on my single storey house and my architect told me now gov had allowed single storey house to be renovated into fully double-storey property (prev was only 1/3 allowed on top storey). I considered it but it was way out of my budget. My contractor said for 1 & 1/3 storey at least it will cost RM250k.Is it possible to add another storey on top of my existing single storey house.
