nice tips from you. Pls PM me special screw for grill? Pls estimate my reno cost for the following jobs: 1.Demolish car porch(18 x 12) inclusive pecah porch/ram BRC & korek supaya level with entrance 2. Buat car porch with built in gutter (25 x 22) tile size 2x1 3.Buat foyer(2 tiang, lantai Pable wash & siling slab) 25 x 6 4. Tembok 80' 5.Extend kitchen 9x22. If possible, PM me your formula as well. |

Thanks tom for the grill plug/screw.
I plan to have 2nd stainless steel tank place above my concrete slab. Will the water getting hot as it directly exposed to sun? |

hi,
just to get some opinion on removing a pillar/tiang at corner of the house. I do some extension by having concrete slab. What are the best & safe way to remove a pillar? I saw my contractor just extend the existing upper beam by tighting the main steel(like rebar). And then we inspect above the ceiling, it seems all the load handle by that pillar. He not confident to remove the pillar. Any opinion to solve my problem? |

how much the cost to built a single storey house for rental(20' x35'). No roof tile & all cheap/normal finishing. |

thanks bro tomjason, not it's not a mistake. If i use normal asbestos or factory zinc and exclude the tile how much saving i could get?
Your budget based on Y12 pad foothing/beam/pillar or normal pre cast tiang? I'm looking around RM40k; is't possible?
