Hi sifus, I plan to do some minor reno which include:

1) grills for whole house windows and main door,
2) cracks in the rooms. The previous owner said it crack because they did renovation last time.
3) table top
4) wiring to fix air con in study room
5) fence outside the house-both sides ( which material is good?)
6)water heater points
8) toilet door
8) painting for the whole house (20x70). is it include paints?
9) water leaking at 2 rooms.

may i know rough expenses for these minor reno? Thanks in advance!
