Planning to renovate my house. Extend the kitchen single storey. Extension size 12ft x 25 ft. Will have 4 point of piling using rc pile. According to the piling contractor for my house area (they did piling this place previously) totally cannot use bakau pile since the soil there consist of very thick sand embankment and underneath is marine clay . So the sand will dried up the bakau. I ask the site supervisor who incharge for this housing project, the piled is very deep using rc pile.1 piling point wil require min 3 length pile or max 6 length pile. 1 rc pile is 6 meter. One contractor quoted me 31k including pile.

Spandek roof

So roughly how much this extension will cost if base on yr formula. Thanks
