I am going to extend my house corner lot tepi 33x17'.

My contractor is quoting me RM78500 for the works below:

1) extension 33x17' single storey with slab flat roof (for future 2nd storey vertical extension). The area has no room and no plumbing involved.

2) floor tiling covering 33x17'

3) plaster ceiling

4) wall paint inside and outside

5) wall hacking (2 points) connecting spaces between existing building and new bulding

6) added roof on top of the slab roof (for beauty purpose and preserving the slab roof for future use)

7) wiring & plug

8) doors & windows
