I have a bad experience on local puchong contractor..seriously..very bad workmanship and still claim that he is ID and doing alot famous dato, tan sri house work...Gosh...big lier and lousy work....

please check properly your contractor, make sure they never cut costs, use less cement, i catch this contractor few times, using less cement and more sand.

another also need to worry about is, make sure everything is in the agreement, prevent they add alot of costs in the middle of work
