QUOTE(ilovestitch @ May 21 2017, 10:42 PM) I have an existing electrical socket installed on the tiles, and now i want to add more sockets beside the existing one, is it possible to add the new sockets without removing the existing tiles? like cut a whole to fit the socket on the tiles that has already installed on the wall? Unlikely, if you open up the existing socket you'll notice that the socket fitting needs a pretty large recess, meaning you'll still have to dig deep. The digging part is likely to damage your existing tile. Also, you'll need to be aware that if you loop the existing wire, you're spreading the load. Be mindful if you use high wattage appliances, it may cause an overload.

QUOTE(arju @ Nov 29 2017, 07:31 PM) what are the disadvantages for RC flat roof. i can either do roof tiles or RC flat roof. aiks dilemma. the extension will occupy by 4G kitchen cabinet though Unless properly constructed (almost never), high chance of ponding (above) and leak (below). Waterproofing treatment on flat roof don't last forever either. Even slanted roof with insufficient gradient can have roof-leak issues. But if your builder is really good, anything goes.

QUOTE(tomjason @ Jan 19 2018, 08:53 AM) i hv changed (not DIY but by aircond installer) my daughter room aircond (old aircond 15 years but still cold) to new mitsubishi inverter Mr Slim aircond. For aircond, i prefered mitsubishi. [attachmentid=9529119] I hate the darn stickers on the AC, leaves a mark after a while so i normally rip them off before installation
