Looking for painter to paint my house DST intermediate unit (18x55) after reno.

My reno contractor (chinese)
Include ICI paint.
Whole house interior and exterior
other detail did not mention in quotation...need ask him to find out...
RM7000

Another painter from cheras (chinese)
Labour only
Whole house interior and exterior (paint whatever you can paint in the house)
Minor skim coat
Apply sealer on hacked / new wall only
He tole me price is bit high coz he need travel from Cheras (very jam)...
RM3800

3rd painter (Malay)
Whole house
Labour to paint only = RM4000
Labour to paint + skim coat = RM6000

Are they epensive?
What is the resonable price for my case?
Anyone got good painter with better price?

Base on your reply to bro qaf1010, I believe upah to paint + skim coat my house should be less than 2k?
hmm...hardly get anyone with that price...they seems wan to earn a lot...
