[quote=starex80,Dec 28 2013, 09:59 PM]
If say like that, let say my room 120sf require to install 2*2 tiles. One 2*2 tiles around $16, per sf is $4, so workmanship is $8/sf, means 1sf tiles + workmanship = $12 120sf = 12 * 120 = $1440, so pricing around 1.5k to install 2 * 2 tiles in a 120sf room, right? [/quote ya, around that, the point of estimate is to have a guideline before negotiate with contractor, if u can get between RM1300 to RM1800 quotation for common market price and can consider to engage with him already, and ofcause there will be a different between hiring chinese Sifu and Indo for the workmanship |

haha, i enjoy learning as well, renovator profit margin is too big, from 50 to 80%, most of the chinese is succeedful business man, thats why for consumer as we ourself must upgrade . tq shifu Tomjasen and many ppl online purchase from China website and after shipping cost still feeling cheaper and better quality than most of the furniture we found local, does that mean the local big tao ke is earning too much themself? force the consumer to seek from out of malaysia |
